Yes, there is plenty of parking between the Waterfront gazebo where the ceremony will be held and the clubhouse where the reception will be held in the Ponderosa Room.

No, its a fairly short walk between the waterfront and the clubhouse. However, if you require assistance, there will be golf carts available.

There will be signs posted directing you to the Ponderosa Room in the cluhouse. Once you enter the main doors of the clubhouse, the reception room will be down a hall to the left and then through the doors on the right.

While there are no washrooms at the ceremony site, there are washrooms available in the clubhouse for your use throughout the event.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors at the waterfront gazebo on Els Lake. The reception will be held indoors in the Ponderosa Room of the Okanagan Golf Club clubhouse.

Yes. In the event of poor weather, the ceremony will be moved into the clubhouse, in the same room where the reception will take place.

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we hope you understand that we are only able to invite children in the wedding party or those who are nursing.

A buffet dinner will be served for the majority. The venue is able to provide individual plates to cater to all dietary restrictions as long as they have been notified 1 month ahead of time. This includes Gluten Free, Vegan, Salt Free, Peanut or seafood allergies, etc.

No, this will be a dry wedding, but there will be unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails available at the bar.

Yes! There is free 24/7 shuttle service from Four Points by Sheraton and The Hamptons to the Okanagan Golf Club and to the airport. For guests staying elsewhere, they will need to find their own way to and from the venue.
